Welcome

The semi-detached holiday house "Deicheck" is situated in the middle of the beautiful historic part of Sankt Peter-Ording called "Dorf" (village) and invites you to a wonderful North Sea vacation. A dream vacation thatched roof property with high-quality and stylish equipment awaits you - far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

"Deicheck" sits on a nearly 400 m² prime location plot directly behind the sleeper dike. With its approximately 115 m² living space spread over two floors and a 110 m² garden area, your holiday house in SPO offers plenty of space and comfort for 4-6 people. A stone's throw away are cafés and bakeries as well as many trendy wine & dine options. Also the old church and the local history museum are just around the corner - and of course: The North Sea.

On the ground floor, you will find a light-flooded entrance area in a classic Friesian house look. In addition to a spacious and cozy living and dining area with Danish fireplace, 49'' LED satellite TV, DVD, blue tooth sound system, a modern, open and well-equipped country kitchen welcomes you to cook up a feast. While a bar counter invites you for a great chat and drink, the original local Kellinghusen tiles provide a particularly Friesian atmosphere here. Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom with rain forest shower and a utility room. The high-quality sofa in the living area can also be used as a pull-out sofa bed for two people (160x195 cm) and extra bedding can be arranged through the managing agency Koch & Co.

Upstairs are two separate bedrooms with LED TVs (1x double bed 180x200 cm, 2x single beds 90x200 cm). High-quality 7-zone active mattresses and hypo-allergenic premium duvets & pillows made of fine batiste meet highest demands for a comfortable and restful sleep. The spacious bathroom offers the comfort of a rain forest shower, a bathtub, towel warmer and internet radio. A large Finnish sauna with several seating and resting areas completes the second floor and invites you to relax as does the comfortable reading corner in the bright thatched roof dormer. The bedroom windows are equipped with blackout window treatments and insect screens.

Located to the south side is the spacious garden, which is fenced with a local Friesian stone wall. Where, centuries ago, the farmers of the old Deicheck farm still cultivated their crepuscular fruit trees, today the "Deicheck" invites you to linger on its spacious sun terrace. Relax on comfortable teak garden furniture or sunbathe in the wide roof wicker beach basket. There is also a private carport and a bicycle shed available.

Heated floor throughout makes this house a year round retreat and free high-speed Wi-Fi connects you with the rest of the world. To bring some historic elements into this modern North Friesian house, the entry hallway and bathrooms are tiled with a special series by Villeroy & Boch, which draws on traditional designs of the late 19th century. The foyer wardrobe is made from an antique Friesian door and dates back to the same era.
